Bill Cash: The State of the Union federal speech by José Manuel Barroso has taken us to the crossroads of fundamental political and constitutional change and there is no turning back

In a letter to the Daily Telegraph, Bill Cash, wrote:

“The Prime Minister has said that he does not want to leave the EU, but that the status quo is unacceptable, and he does want a new settlement. The State of the Union federal speech by José Manuel Barroso, the president of the European Commission, has taken us to the crossroads of fundamental political and constitutional change and there is no turning back."
