Bill Cash has been a Conservative Member of Parliament since 1984 and has represented the Stone constituency since 1997. Bill has been re-elected MP for Stone, with an increased majority, he polled 25,733 votes to finish with a 16,250 majority (in 2010 it was 13,292).

Bill Cash has been saying that only a Conservative majority in the House of Commons can renegotiate our membership of the EU, to legislate to change EU laws and to give the British people a say in an in/out referendum.

The people have spoken, the Conservative Party has won 331 seats and a parliamentary majority of 12. British people want the Westminster Parliament not the European Parliament, or any other EU undemocratic institution, to take decisions in their name over important issues that affect them. The British people want to repatriate their ability to govern themselves through their vote in General Elections, with their laws and in their Parliament. The Conservative Party is now in a position to meet the demands of the British people. David Cameron has a clear mandate for a real and fundamental change. A referendum on Britain’s EU membership before the end of 2017 is now certain.
