The reality is what is actually happening if it is done by way of a treaty which lock us into the treaty arrangements but allows the rest of Europe to go ahead with the fiscal union is effectively creating an aircraft carrier to which we are tied with a rope, and that of course is not going to be in our interest. We need a referendum.
The European Bill that has just been enacted in Parliament prevent us from having a referendum where they claim it does not affect us, but of course this fundamentally affects the United Kingdom and our relationship with Europe, therefore a referendum is absolutely essential because this is a massive historical change, this is bigger than Maastricht.
The EU is unworkable until we go to an association of nation states. We got to disaggregate this all operation and we must have an association of nation states. Listen Bill Cash on the Today programme.
