It takes for one Italian Environment Minister Stefania Prestigiacomo to spell out that the financial burdens of the EU climate change plan to fight global warming may force Italian businesses to relocate. That will be the case in every Member State, so it is by no means just Italy. Prestigiacomo said "The main risk is relocation, and even countries like Germany have mentioned this problem." And I do hope the tide is changing.
